HJ Decor currently ships orders within the United States. Shipping availability, timing, and cost can vary by product type, destination, package size, and carrier capacity.

Processing and production

Fabric samples and ready-to-ship items are usually processed within 1 to 3 business days. Custom window treatments are made to order and normally require production time after your order details, measurements, and options are confirmed. Production timing can vary by material and order size.

Shipping rates

Orders over $300 qualify for free standard shipping where available. Oversized items, freight shipments, remote addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, and special service requests may require a separate shipping quote before fulfillment.

Delivery issues

Please inspect your shipment when it arrives. If a package is damaged, missing, or incorrect, contact us at info@hjdecor.us within 7 days and include your order number, photos of the packaging, and photos of the product issue.
